At the Challenge II in Slagelse,  the final day saw the decisions on relegation and promotion. In the morning the hosts from Soerbymagle secured a danish spot in next years edition of Challenge II with a 3-2 win over HC Gomel from Belarus. After leading 3-0 the Danes were givig away control adding a little more suspension than the enthusiastic home crowd would have liked. In the promotion matches, both teams from pool B made it rather one-sided affairs. The match between Luzern and Partille started out slowly with two teams focussing on avoiding unnecessary turnovers. The Swiss side was gaining more and more control over the game though, leading 2-0 at half time. In the second half their pressing was just too much for the increasingly tired-looking Swedish Champions. 6 more goals made it 8-0 in the end and the third time in a row Partille misses out on the chance to promote to Challenge I. In the final decision of the day, Gaziantep Polisgücu continued with the impressive speed and determination that got them into the promotion game, simply overpowering SK Senkvice with counter after counter. The turkish serial champions were leading 2-0 at half time, making it 5-2 in the end.
