EHF Top Coaches Programme (TCP) was launched in 2013 and is EHF’s top tier programme targeting coaches from our highest ranked nations and those coaches who show potential in our Coaches 4 Europe (C4E) programme.

These National Associations are invited in October of each year to nominate coaches for TCP.

EHF will only accept coaches nominated by their National Association.

A TCP Coach will receive an annual programme comprising:

  • Two high-level seminars, with at least one linked to a major competition
  • 3-4 Webinars presented by some of Europe’s top coaches
All TCP Coaches receive one to one mentoring support programme from a qualified FIH Academy Educator. TCO Coaches will be assessed for FIH Academy Level 3 Coaches Award.
Those EHF TCP Coaches showing great potential will be recommended to FIH Coach Development Programs.

EACH TCP GROUP RECEIVES A 2 YEAR PROGRAMME OF TRAINING.
