13th June 2018: The 2020 EuroHockey Indoor Championships (Women and Men) will take place on the following dates at the venues stated. Participating nations have qualified for each division based on their final ranking from the 2018 competition.

Men’s Indoor Championship – City of Krefeld (GER) – 17-19 January 2020


President of the DHB, Wolfgang Hillmann on hearing about the awarding of the event said: “We are very grateful to the European Hockey Federation for the trust in the DHB to host another major indoor tournament in Germany. We are looking forward to welcoming the best European men’s indoor teams in Krefeld 2020!”

Women’s Indoor Championship – Minsk (BLR) – 24-26 January 2020


On being awarded this event the President of Belarus Hockey Federation Aliaksandr Yakimenka said It’s a great pleasure for the Belarus Hockey Federation to host the 2020 EuroHockey Indoor Championship, Women in Minsk. We are proud that Minsk will host a European tournament again. In co-operation with HC “Minsk” we have experience in holding EuroHockey Indoor Club Cups both women’s and men’s teams and EuroHockey Indoor Championship Women in 2016 which are major EuroHockey events. It’s a good opportunity for Belarus hockey to promote our sport throughout the country and we are confident that we will deliver a great event in 2020.”

Note 2: The withdrawal date for all tournaments in this competition is 30 June 2019.
Any NA withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by EHF.
