From applicant to presenter!
In 2018 the EHF applied for our first Erasmus+ Sport programme and that project started in 2019. Now in 2023, we have been invited by The European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) to present our journey at the Erasmus+ Sport Info Day on 30 January 2023.
Tom Pedersen-Smith, Head of National Associations said “We are delighted to be invited by the EU and EACEA to present at this important day for European sport. The funding from Erasmus+Sport has been game-changing for the strategic development of not only European hockey but several of our members who have now either led or partnered with us on ground-breaking initiatives. One of the core principles has been that we are now working with leading academics and agencies to ensure that all programmes that we deliver are “best in class”. I would encourage all our member national associations to ensure that they attend the day and learn how they can get involved!
Date: Monday 30th January 2023
Time: 09:30 – 18:30 CET
Location: Brussels (in person) & broadcast (online)
