Our aim is to promote the sharing of knowledge and by doing to improve the quality of coaching, umpiring and officiating.
We bridge the gap between the high-level nations and our developing nations and in doing so also enhance the opportunities for people from what is already offered by their National Associations.
We work closely with all our member federations creating successful learning environments.
This is achieved through a variety of pathways and programmes and supported by the EHF Education Committee which comprises of a Coaching Working Group, Umpiring Working Group & Officiating Working Group from which individuals are nominated to from their National Association.
