EuroHockey contributes to SDG 4 by using sport as a platform for education, learning, and personal development.

The Inclusion Charter promotes training for coaches, officials, and volunteers on diversity, inclusion, and equality. EuroHockey has already implemented education modules and workshops to build awareness and inclusive leadership skills.

Going forward, they aim to strengthen partnerships with schools and organisations to integrate hockey into educational programs, while expanding inclusive training resources.

By fostering inclusive learning environments and promoting lifelong skills such as teamwork, respect, and leadership, EuroHockey helps ensure equitable access to quality education opportunities through sport.
