Programme Overview

The Umpire Manager Development programme is an opportunity for in-person development for UMs. UMs selected by the EuroHockey Officials Committee for this programme will receive an appointment as an assistant umpire manager for a higher-level tournament, to get real-life insight and to accelerate their development towards the top level of the sport.
