EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championships 2023

27th May 2022, Brussels, Belgium: The dates and venues for the 2023 EuroHockey Junior Championships are known!

Following the proposal of the Indoor Competitions Committee, the Executive Board has approved the proposed dates and venues for the 2023 EuroHockey Indoor Junior Championships.

They will take place on the following dates at the venues stated:

Junior Men’s Championship

Teams: AUT, BLR (* excluded for the foreseeable future), CZE, ITA, POL, RUS (* excluded for the foreseeable future), SUI, SVK, TUR, UKR

Venue: Nymburk, Sportovní centrum, Czech Republic

Dates: 19 – 22 January 2023

Junior Men’s Championship II

One Pool: CRO, DEN, IRL

Venue: Sveti Ivan Zelina, Sport Hall “Sveti Ivan Zelina”, Croatia

Dates: 13 – 15 January 2023

Junior Women’s Championship

Teams: AUT, BLR (* excluded for the foreseeable future), CZE, POL, RUS (* excluded for the foreseeable future), SUI, TUR, UKR

Venue: Lucerne, Maihof Hall, Switzerland

Dates: 13 – 15 January 2023

Junior Women’s Championship II

One Pool: CRO, IRL, ITA

Venue: Sveti Ivan Zelina, Sport Hall “Sveti Ivan Zelina”, Croatia

Dates: 13 – 15 January 2023

Notes:

The withdrawal date for all tournaments in this competition is 30 June 2022.

Any Nation withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by EHF. See current EHF Indoor Championships Regulations for further details.

Players must be born on, or after, 1 January 2002.

For the Junior Championship tournaments, the composition of the pools will be the responsibility of the EHF and will be based upon the Indoor World Ranking of the participants’ senior teams (at the moment the match schedules are prepared).
