At the men’s event, it will be a Netherlands v Germany final here in Ghent, following the semi-finals today. The final FIH World Cup place will be determined tomorrow as the winners of Pool C will take the 5th slot allocated to Europe. Pool C results will also determine who will be staying in the Championship division in 2024 and who will be relegated.

In the women’s event, hosts Belgium will face Germany in the final, but it took a shootout v Netherlands for Germany to progress. In Pool C the final World Cup slot (5th place) and the relegations are not settled as yet, the final day will determine the ranking and which 2 teams will be relegated for 2024.
