Notes:
- In September 2024, EuroHockey decided on the participation of RUS and BLR.
- The withdrawal date for all tournaments in this competition is 15th January 2025. Any National Association withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by EuroHockey. See current EuroHockey U18 Championship Regulations for further details.
- Players need to be born on, or after, 1st January 2007. The minimum age on the first day of the event is 13. Players must have a valid passport of the country they represent.
- Nations must realise that these U18 events can fall together with the FIH Junior World Cups. The window for these events currently is either 1st-31st July 2025 or in December 2025.
