The 2024 EuroHockey U21 Championships (Men and Women) will take place on the following dates at the venues stated. Participating nations have qualified for each division based on their final ranking from the 2022 competition.

NOTES:
- The format changed and now means that there is no U21 Championship II with 8 teams and a U21 Championship III with the remaining teams anymore. These 2 events are combined into a U21 Championship II-A and II-B which are effectively played at the same level. From both events, the winner will be promoted to the 2026 U21 Championships.
- For the U21 Championships tournaments, the composition of the pools will be the responsibility of EuroHockey and will be based on the FIH U21 World Ranking. (At the moment the match schedules are prepared).
- The withdrawal date for all tournaments in these competitions is 15 January 2024.
Any National Association withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by the EuroHockey. See current EHF Regulations for further details. - To be eligible to participate in EuroHockey U21 Championships 2024, players must be born on, or after, 1st January 2003.
