| Job Description | The fact that the sports and competition area of our FCH has grown significantly in recent years compels us to reflect on its efficiency and likely restructure it, seeking to align the talent we already have with the functions we need, design or update a more efficient organizational chart and provide each position with its own and tailor made job description. This must encompass not only the purely organizational aspects but also all current positions within the competition department and probably the competition itself; furthermore, in line with the FCH’s strategic plan, we must anticipate the future growth of these areas and their associated needs. All of this is to be coordinated with our Sports Director. |
