Programme Overview
By supporting the development of young people as leaders of the future, the long-term future of the sport is ensured. A healthy pipeline of bright, thoughtful and aspirational leaders is key to developing hockey and ensuring the sport’s relevance to a wider society. This course aims to promote good governance, inspirational leadership and talented decision-makers by training and supporting the leaders of tomorrow.

How To Get On
Application
- Submitted via the nomination link sent to national association development leads
- Each nominee must propose their project idea, something that will benefit their hockey community and can be developed further throughout the course. This will also be presented at the ‘Dragon’s Den’.
Criteria & Level
- Accessible for young leaders (aged 18-30) from across of member national associations.
