Identification​

• Women remain under‑represented in senior leadership roles in sport organisations. EuroHockey identified a need for safe, supportive spaces where women could build leadership skills, share experiences, and access high‑level networks without barriers. [​

​Activation​

• The Executive Leadership Forum was launched as a female‑focused leadership programme, bringing together emerging and established leaders from across Europe. Participants engage with expert speakers, peer learning, and mentoring, while each delegate commits to an action pledge to deliver change within their own organisation. ​

• Stronger female leadership pipelines across European hockey​
• Tangible governance and policy improvements at national level​
• Sustained networks supporting long‑term gender equality​
• Scalable model now including male allies to drive inclusive leadership​
