EuroHockey Honorary Life President, Marijke Fleuren was today awarded the EOC Laurel Award.

This award was given in recognition of her outstanding role in the promotion and development of sport in particular hockey.

The award was presented by EOC vice president Daina Gudzineviciute on the occasion European Olympic Committee’s 52nd General Assembly in Istanbul.

Marijke had the opportunity to address the EOC General Assembly and share some of her experiences and learnings.
