A sustainable platform designed to support professionals navigating key transitions within the game, from Coach to Technical Manager or Technical Director. The platform’s core purpose is to create meaningful international development opportunities, enabling coaches and technical leaders to spend several months working abroad with clubs or federations. Acting as the central hub within European Hockey, it connects people, projects and pathways for long-term growth.

During each placement, participants will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted technical development plans, supporting host organisations to strengthen their structures and build enduring, player-centred development systems.
