Executive Leadership Forum
Programme Overview
The forum will bring together like-minded people from across our sport. Each National Association can nominate one male and one female participant to attend the Executive Leadership Forum, where people who are operating at executive or board level can exchange experiences and learn from each other in an open and collaborative environment.
Intent
EuroHockey’s strategic intent is to foster inclusive and effective leadership within the sporting community. Key to this is the collaboration with ministries of sport and national Olympic committees, and thus ensuring good governance. The aim to create a more forward thinking strategic member national associations is evident in the work we have done together over the past year. This commitment to strategy and operations is thee focus in Brussels as the next step in the strategic leadership of every national association.
