The course will suit individuals who have had extensive and successful course delivery, mentoring and course design. After attending this course, a trainer will be equipped to lead, review and assess a course for educators and developers.

Criteria & Level
- Part of the Train the Trainer Pathway, applicants for this course should hold an FIH Academy Level 2 award (or equivalent) in Coaching, Umpiring OR Technical Officiating and have some experience of teaching or educating.
- Must already be a FIH Educator or have held an FIH AppointmentÂ
- Appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses
- A genuine interest in wanting to develop people & roles in the FIH Academy pathway
- Experience of presenting information to adult groups (e.g. teaching)
- Open-minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect
