  • Organised by FIH Academy

Criteria & Level

  • Part of the Train the Trainer Pathway, applicants for this course should hold an FIH Academy Level 2 award (or equivalent) in Coaching, Umpiring OR Technical Officiating and have some experience of teaching or educating.
  • Must already be a FIH Educator or have held an FIH Appointment 
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses
  • A genuine interest in wanting to develop people & roles in the FIH Academy pathway
  • Experience of presenting information to adult groups (e.g. teaching)
  • Open-minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect
