To apply for the course, an individual should have the appropriate skills and knowledge to be able to deliver FIH L1 and L2 courses and workshops. Criteria & Level

  • Part of the Train the Trainer Pathway, applicants for this course should hold an FIH Academy Level 1 award (or equivalent) in Coaching, Umpiring OR Technical Officiating and have some experience of teaching or educating.
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses.
  • A genuine interest in wanting to develop people & roles in the FIH Academy pathway.
  • Experience of presenting information to adult groups (e.g. teaching).
  • Open-minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect.
