This course is part of the Global Train the Trainer Pathway and extends across coaching, umpiring and technical officiating. To apply for the course, an individual should have the appropriate skills and knowledge to be able to deliver FIH L1 and L2 courses and workshops. They should also possess the desire and interest in helping people to develop and achieve their potential.

Criteria & Level
- Part of the Train the Trainer Pathway, applicants for this course should hold an FIH Academy Level 1 award (or equivalent) in Coaching, Umpiring OR Technical Officiating and have some experience of teaching or educating.
- Appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses.
- A genuine interest in wanting to develop people & roles in the FIH Academy pathway.
- Experience of presenting information to adult groups (e.g. teaching).
- Open-minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect.
