Educator
Programme Overview
This course is part of the Global Train the Trainer Pathway and extends across coaching, umpiring and technical officiating. People with a high level of expertise in one of the FIH Academy programme areas are encouraged to apply. At the end of the course, participants should be able to identify and facilitate learner-centred sessions, design a course programme, identify competency-based criteria and review and assess a course.

Criteria & Level
- Part of the Train the Trainer Pathway, applicants for this course should hold an FIH Academy Level 2 award (or equivalent) in Coaching, Umpiring OR Technical Officiating and have some experience of teaching or educating.
- Appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to be able to deliver specific courses
- A genuine interest in wanting to develop people & roles in the FIH Academy pathway
- Experience of presenting information to adult groups (e.g. teaching)
- Open-minded, adaptable to change, welcoming of feedback and willing to self-reflect
