This exciting programme supports emerging leaders in sport. With a focus on leadership within hockey governing bodies, the course will help aspiring leaders to develop advanced skills in motivation, training, skill development as well as exploring the role and responsibilities of decision-makers in sport. Where possible, opportunities for personal development will be offered through executive board positions.
