Organisational Health
Programme Overview
Behind any successful sports programme is great governance and that is why EuroHockey is working closely with all its member national associations to develop national association strategies that will drive hockey forwards across Europe. In collaboration, EuroHockey and member national associations will make decisions informed by members and produce and implement long term strategic plans. The strategic plans will also be aligned with the objectives of each nation’s ministry of sport and national Olympic committee.
These will be delivered, reviewed and assessed by each national association, with a supporting operational plan for each year of the strategy term. Identifying relevant criteria and key takeaways for national association assessment and development. The organisational health of a national association reflects its strategic & operational future.
