A framework for coach development has been developed by the EuroHockey Institute to support coaches working within National Associations to advance their knowledge and coaching prowess within their own country. Aimed at coaches seeking to improve their knowledge and understanding of the practice and principles of coaching, the European Qualification Framework has been created alongside the global coaching framework developed by the FIH Academy.
