Youth High Performance Group Summit
Programme Overview
Through this summit, EuroHockey and member National Associations will have space and time to investigate and discuss the opportunities for high performance competition for young people across Europe. At a practical level this means doubling the number of international competitions for the U16 and U18 age groups from six to 12. In turn this will increase opportunities for playing experiences for the athletes as well as knowledge sharing opportunities for coaches and officials. This is a sustainable approach to hockey development that will serve to enhance player centric development, coach development, team management and officiating.
